Job OpportunityWe are seeking an accomplished software engineer to spearhead the development of cutting-edge backend systems.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with data scientists and machine learning engineers to design, implement, and maintain sophisticated backend systems for artificial intelligence features.Create high-quality, scalable, and secure code in Python using FastAPI, ensuring seamless integration with databases like Postgres, MongoDB, and Milvus.Develop robust observability and reliability measures for distributed workloads, utilizing structured logging, metrics, retry strategies, and tracing technologies.Maintain and improve containerized development workflows, including Docker, Docker Compose, and Kubernetes, as well as CI checks.Promote testing excellence through unit and integration testing, guaranteeing exceptional code quality and reliability.Elevate the local development experience by establishing and disseminating best practices and standards for Python-based development.Integrate and optimize calls to large language model APIs and agent frameworks, enhancing overall system performance.Foster growth among junior engineers and drive strategic architectural decisions.
