Remote - full or part-time Ego Eimi is building a global productivity ecosystem – software people actually love to use. We value agency, clarity, and adults who don't need hand-holding. We're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist focused on Meta Ads and Google Ads to help us (and our clients) grow through high-quality performance marketing. This is a project-based, long-term collaboration (not a traditional full-time job). You'll be paid per project, with a monthly budget per project. If you're efficient, you can handle 2–3 projects at once and increase your earnings accordingly. What you'll do You will own performance marketing for the projects you take on, end-to-end: - Plan, launch and manage Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns (search, performance, and/or social). - Write clear, persuasive ad copy tailored to each audience and funnel stage. - Structure and optimize campaigns (bids, audiences, keywords, creatives) for ROI and scalability. - Set up and maintain tracking, pixels, and basic analytics to measure results. - Run A/B tests on ads, landing pages (with the team) and audiences, and document learnings. - Turn data into simple, written updates: what happened, why it matters, and what you'll do next. - Work async, manage your own time, and proactively flag problems or opportunities. No endless meetings. We just expect one message per workday: what you did yesterday, what you'll do today, and any blockers. You might be a great fit if you: - Are proficient with Meta Ads and Google Ads (hands-on, not just theory). - Have strong written English and good listening/reading skills - (You do not need to speak English fluently or be on calls.) - Have experience with campaign management and copywriting for paid media. - Are organized, self-managing, and comfortable working with minimal supervision. - Are proactive: when you're stuck or see a problem, you raise it and propose options. - Have a public portfolio with at least 2 projects showing: what you did, the numbers/results (ROAS, CPL, leads, revenue, etc.), and any key learnings. We like working with people who: - Act like owners, not task-takers. - Focus on making something people actually want, not just "running ads". - Treat others with respect, honesty, and professionalism. How we work & how you get paid - Engagement type: project-based contractor/freelancer. - Payment model: per project, with a monthly budget agreed upfront. - Project length: usually longer than 1 month. - Workload: you can take on multiple projects (e.g. 2–3) depending on your efficiency and results. - Meetings: almost none. Communication is asynchronous, mostly in writing. If you want autonomy, hate micromanagement, and enjoy being judged by your results, you'll probably enjoy working with us.
