**ANÚNCIO DE VAGA**Cargo: Especialista em Gestão de Anúncios (Google Ads e Facebook Ads)**Descrição da vaga:*** Gerenciar e otimizar contas do Google Ads (MCC): criar estruturas de campanha, monitorar métricas-chave (CPC, CPA, ROAS), ajustar orçamentos e otimizar conversões de acordo com as metas.* Gerenciar contas do Facebook Ads: controlar limites de crédito, otimizar grupos de anúncios, lidar com problemas relacionados à distribuição, pontos de verificação e violações de políticas.* Planejar e implementar campanhas multiplataforma, propondo estratégias de crescimento adequadas para cada etapa.* Analisar dados de publicidade usando o Google Sheets/Excel (Tabela Dinâmica, funções avançadas, etc.) e criar relatórios visuais detalhados.* Colaborar com as equipes de conteúdo, design e vendas para garantir a eficácia geral da comunicação.* Monitorar o mercado e manter-se atualizado sobre as novas tendências de publicidade para propor melhorias.**Requisitos:*** Mínimo de **3 anos de experiência** em gestão de Google Ads (MCC) e Facebook Ads (crédito).* * Compreensão dos algoritmos de distribuição, estrutura de campanhas e políticas de ambas as plataformas.* Domínio do Google Sheets/Excel; habilidades avançadas em análise de dados são desejáveis.* Forte mentalidade voltada para otimização, meticuloso(a), proativo(a) e capaz de resolver problemas rapidamente.* Candidatos com experiência em grandes orçamentos ou em diversos setores são preferenciais.**Benefícios:*** Salário e bônus competitivos com base na capacidade e no desempenho da campanha.* Ambiente de trabalho profissional, oportunidades de acesso a grandes orçamentos e ferramentas avançadas de otimização.* Oportunidades de treinamento para desenvolvimento profissional e suporte completo de acordo com as políticas da empresa.
