In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting a modern U.S.-based litigation boutique that handles consumer class actions, complex commercial disputes, international arbitration, corporate advisory matters, employment law, data privacy, and collections. Responsibilities Manage litigation dockets and track deadlines Organize and maintain case files and documentation Support day-to-day litigation workflows Review documents, including large-scale productions Assist with intake-related tasks (limited) Support ongoing case management under attorney guidance Conduct light legal research Provide substantive case assistance under attorney supervision Requirements: Must be based in Latin America or the Caribbean Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail Ability to manage and review large volumes of documents Willingness to learn litigation workflows and legal processes Strong verbal and written English (critical requirement) Legal research experience is desired but not required 1+ years of experience required as a paralegal or legal assistant Qualified lawyer (licensed or not), current law student, or professional with prior experience working in a law firm or legal department Possible exposure to legal research platforms such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, Bloomberg Law, PACER, or similar tools Time Zone: Eastern Time Schedule: Full-time Remote Only resumes submitted in English will be considered.
