Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our hiring process, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and connecting top technical talent through various sourcing channels. You will play a crucial role in building and nurturing a high-quality pipeline that drives our hiring success. Your exceptional communication skills and ability to adapt to our fast-paced environment will make you an invaluable asset to our organization. Required Skills and Qualifications: Excellent English communication skills - both written and verbal. Minimum 3+ years of experience in candidate sourcing or talent acquisition, with a focus on technical roles (e.G., software engineering, IT, data, or product). Proven experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools. Strong understanding of Boolean search, technical keyword targeting, and sourcing best practices. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
