Oferecemos: R$ 5.000 a R$ 11.200 por mês dependendo da experiência Vale Refeição / Alimentação R$ 992,00Plano de Saúde Bradesco (Descontos Sujeitos a Alteração)Plano Odontológico Bradesco Seguro de Vida Auxílio Creche Cargo: Desenvolvedor Service Now Pleno com HAM/AM Estamos buscando um Desenvolvedor de Gerenciamento de Ativos de Hardware (HAM) Service Now para implementar e manter processos de gerenciamento de ativos de hardware na plataforma Service Now. A função envolve garantir a integridade e precisão dos dados do CMDB, construir inventários, corrigir relacionamentos do CMDB e criar dashboards dedicados ao HAM. Você irá integrar ferramentas de inventário como SCCM, JAMF e Tanium com o Service Now, desenvolver e configurar workflows, regras de negócio e relatórios no módulo HAM, e apoiar auditorias internas e externas com informações confiáveis sobre ativos. A posição requer colaboração estreita com as equipes de Procurement, Finanças, Segurança e Infraestrutura para gerenciar o ciclo de vida completo dos ativos. Qualificações Necessárias: 2 anos de experiência em Desenvolvimento Service Now Experiência prática em Service Now HAM ou AM Experiência com SLO/SLI, Data Dog, Azure e monitoramento de infraestrutura em nuvem Proficiência em scripting (Java Script, Power Shell), integrações de API e análise de plataforma Familiaridade com processos ITIL e plataformas de gerenciamento de serviços corporativos (ex: BMC, Open Text)
