Now, we've just launched in Brazil, through a pilot in Santos and São Vicente, with more destinations ahead.What You'll DoThe Law Enforcement Response Team (LERT) works at the intersection of technology, public safety, and data privacy. Our mission is to support legitimate investigations by providing accurate, secure, and timely responses to requests from law enforcement and judicial authorities. We collaborate closely with Legal, Privacy, Security, and Operations teams to ensure compliance, transparency, and user data protection across all mobility platforms.Key ResponsabilitiesReview, analyze, and respond to data requests from law enforcement, judicial, and regulatory authorities in accordance with applicable laws and company policies. Ensure all disclosures are lawful, properly authorized, and aligned with privacy and data protection standards. Support internal investigations related to security incidents, fraud, and misuse of the platform. Maintain accurate documentation and audit trails of all requests and responses. Partner with cross-functional teams (Legal, Privacy, Security, Operations, PR) in managing high-sensitivity cases. Identify opportunities to improve internal workflows and contribute to process automation and operational excellence. Assist in developing and delivering training sessions related to law enforcement cooperation and incident management best practices.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Law, International Relations, Public Administration, Information Security, or a related field. Previous experience working in law enforcement response, compliance, investigations, or similar roles in technology, telecommunications, finance, or mobility sectors. Strong understanding of data protection laws (LGPD or GDPR) and law enforcement data request procedures. Excellent attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and strong decision-making skills. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English. Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.Nice to HaveExperience using case management tools (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, Jira). Experience with process automation or data analysis for workflow improvement. Knowledge of digital law, criminal law, or regulatory frameworks.
