This is a fully remote position , open to candidates based in Brazil.
Pay:$50–$100/hrRole Title: Dev Ops EngineerRole Type: ContractorLocation: RemoteWe are engaging Dev Ops Engineers to contribute to a dynamic customer project focused on scalable, modern cloud infrastructure. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.
This opportunity is ideal for professionals passionate about automation, infrastructure as code, and continuous improvement, with a special focus on strong written and verbal communication skills.
Key responsibilities
Design realistic Dev Ops tasks based on production-style scenarios (CI/CD, containers, orchestration, Ia C, monitoring, incident response)Write working reference solutions with clear setup and validation stepsReview AI-generated output, identify failures, and write precise corrections with reasoningMaintain a strict quality bar on correctness and reproducibilityShare structured feedback that improves future task designRequired qualifications3+ years of professional experience in Dev Ops, SRE, Platform, or Infrastructure engineeringStrong coding ability in Python, Go, Bash, or Type Script (this role needs real code, not scripts alone)Practical depth in CI/CD (Git Hub Actions, Git Lab CI, Jenkins), Docker, Kubernetes, and at least one cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure)Infrastructure as Code experience (Terraform, Ansible, Pulumi, or Cloud Formation)Advanced Linux and GitProfessional English, written and spokenAvailability of at least 20 hours per weekPreferred qualificationsObservability stack experience (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, Open Telemetry)Security, secrets management, or platform reliability backgroundOpen source contributions or technical writingPrevious AI training data or model evaluation work
