Flexible on-site and remote work options. Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise AI/ML solutions . Collaborate with business and engineering teams to define and prioritize AI projects. Drive rapid proof-of-concept development for AI initiatives. Mentor your team and foster continuous learning. Take ownership of ML projects with state-of-the-art solutions. Research and design new solutions and complex architectures. Proactively propose new tools, solutions, and methodologies. Ensure project scalability and robustness . Manage cross-team communication and planning. Participate in team hiring. If You Have: Proven experience in technical leadership roles. Strong Python proficiency. Hands-on experience in applied ML, AI, and GenAI projects. Experience with LLMs. Practical knowledge of microservices. Experience with monitoring applications in production and code versioning (Git). Advanced English. Excellent communication, proactivity, and teamwork skills. Familiarity with Scrum or Agile. Required tools: Python, Docker, SQL, Git, Cloud (AWS, OCI, Azure, or GCP). It's a Plus If You Have: Experience with traditional software development or MLOps. Familiarity with AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Diffusers) or AI Agents. Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
