Cash Flow & Treasury Management Prepare and manage cash flow forecasts based on capital expenditure and business plans. Ensure efficient cash management in line with the business plan. Financial Reporting Submit monthly financial and accounting reports to headquarters in a timely manner. Present and justify submitted financial statements to ensure transparency and reliability. P&L and Business Planning Plan profit and loss, sales forecasts, and report to headquarters. Prepare annual budgets for each department in accordance with the business plan. Accounting & Cost Control Maintain and manage all accounting records. Monitor, verify, and book all expenditures to appropriate accounts and cost centers. Utilize support from external providers such as accounting firms for payroll, tax, and bookkeeping processes, hence this role will be a control and oversight function for accounting related transaction. Tax Compliance Ensure timely execution of tax audits and filing of tax returns. Coordinate with external providers as needed to ensure accuracy and compliance. Audit & Assurance Coordinate and manage financial audits conducted by external and internal auditors, as well as related stakeholders. Governance & Internal Control Establish, implement, and enforce finance-related governance within Eisai Brazil, including expense settlement rules, approval workflows, and alignment with global policies. Preparation and implementation of SOPs. Procurement Collaborate with the headquarters Supply Chain Management division to manage inventory ordering and control. Support vendor coordination and contract management as needed, ensuring compliance with budgetary and governance standards. CLT position.Complete benefit package with bonus.Hybrid working model (3x2). Office based in São Paulo south zone. Registered Accountant (CRC) or equivalent qualification of CPA in Brazil. 7+ years of practical experience in accounting, auditing, and taxation (experience in multinational companies or audit firms preferred.) Fluent in Business English, both spoken and written. Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or related industries preferred. This is a senior individual contributor role that will manage the company's P&L, cash flow, cost control and financial reporting. The position will report to Brazil's Country Manager with a dotted line to the Group's CFO, structuring the finance function in the local market.
