Join Keeta, explore the world. Key Responsibilities:1. Analyze and digitize sales & operations workflows to empower sales managers, enable sales process management, and drive business results.2. Conduct research/interviews/data analysis to understand real-world sales behaviors required to achieve targets, including customer value proposition strategies.3. Standardize and digitize sales processes through product solutions (including but not limited to CRM systems).4. Proactively conduct reporting and training to ensure team adoption and execution.Job Requirment:1. Strong English proficiency (written & spoken) for direct client/sales team communication.2. Experience in sales/sales operations/sales management (any one qualifies).3. Project management skills with ability to independently design tools and workflows.
