We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive our lead generation and outbound sales efforts. The ideal candidate is a proactive and results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role involves identifying potential customers, reaching out through various channels, and qualifying leads to create new business opportunities. Strong communication and persuasion skills are essential to engage prospects and set up successful sales conversations. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and social media to generate new business opportunities. Identify and qualify potential leads to ensure a strong sales pipeline. Engage with prospects to understand their needs and present relevant solutions. Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team. Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and sales activities in the CRM. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation strategies. Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Achieve and exceed key performance metrics, including outreach targets and lead conversion rates. Qualifications: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent persuasion and negotiation abilities. Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive, resilient attitude. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot) and sales engagement tools. Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
