What you will do As a Sales Administrative Assistant, you will: Manage office administrative routines (payments, meeting room scheduling, document and gift control); Act as a regional communication agent, supporting internal initiatives and environmental actions; Organize national and international events and travel for clients and the local team; Support the commercial area in contract management (purchase, sale, and rental of machines), including notary-related activities; Interact with the communications team for internal announcements and email distribution; Participate in corporate events and local initiatives. We believe you have Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Intermediate to advanced level of English (mandatory); Proven experience in administrative management and commercial support; Familiarity with SAP, Excel, and Power BI (considered an advantage); Proactive mindset with excellent communication skills, autonomy, and strong organizational abilities.
