The Vistex Associate Project Manager, Solution Delivery  will support the successful delivery of projects across their full lifecycle or lead the delivery of small low complex projects. This role is ideal for someone early in their project management career, looking to build hands-on experience within a structured delivery environment. Working under the guidance of senior project managers you will assist with planning, coordination, documentation, risk tracking, and stakeholder communication. You will gain exposure to a variety of methodologies, while developing key project management skills in scheduling, reporting, and issue resolution. This is a great opportunity for a proactive and organized individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow into a full project management role. Responsibilities: Lead the delivery of small-scale low risk projects or assist senior project managers on larger projects or programes. Learn and apply project management methodologies under supervision. Assist in developing and maintaining project plans, schedules and trackers under guidance from a senior project manager. Help gather, document and track project assumptions, risks and issues. Support project reporting by preparing status updates, dashboards, and stakeholder communications. Maintain project documentation, ensuring RAID logs, plans, and governance artefacts are accurate and up to date. Liaise with internal team members and stakeholders to schedule tasks and monitor progress. Escalate issues and decisions appropriately. Manage project budgets (typically up to USD 100k), including forecasting, cost tracking, financial reporting, and change control. Engage and manage junior level stakeholders. Operate within clearly defined scopes and timelines, seeking clarification when faced with ambiguity. Proactively contribute to project reviews and lessons learned sessions to support continuous improvement. Participate in training, coaching, and mentoring activities to build project management knowledge and capability.
