Overview: Join our Adjudication Services team as an Associate Adjudication Project Manager, where you will lead high-visibility projects aimed at delivering exceptional adjudication services. In this role, you will collaborate closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project execution within established timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of project initiation, including compiling committee memberships, developing charters, and creating operational plans. Oversee the Adjudication Services team to ensure deliverables meet project requirements, timelines, and budgetary constraints. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining effective communication and addressing any issues that arise. Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with the Adjudication Services Operational Plan. Provide mentorship to junior staff, fostering their growth and development within the team. Monitor project status, adjusting plans as needed, and escalate issues to management when necessary. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of relevant experience (or equivalent) with Adjudication, Patient Safety or Pharmacovigilance roles within Clinical Research segment. Experience with Project Management required. Fluent English. Familiarity with project management processes and tools, medical terminology, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP). Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
