The ARM Group  is seeking an experienced HR Manager for one of its multinational clients in Sapiranga, Brazil DIRECT REPORTS: 2 SALARY: $80K - $90K (USD) REPORTS TO: Head of Brazil Role Overview: An established organization is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead HR operations in Brazil. The role includes overseeing payroll compliance, performance management, employee relations, HR administration, and company events. The HR Manager will work closely with senior leadership to drive HR initiatives and uphold the company’s EVP and organizational culture. Key Responsibilities: Ensure payroll compliance and coordinate with external payroll providers. Manage performance review cycles and bonus administration. Prepare reports for audits and monthly HR metrics. Support onboarding, new hire orientation, personnel records, and benefits administration. Maintain HR files and approve invoices in compliance with company policy and law. Handle employee relations and disciplinary matters in coordination with leadership. Organize HR events, training, and employee engagement programs. Participate in HR projects as assigned. Requirements: Fluent in English (read, write, speak). 10+ years HR experience, including payroll, benefits, and HRIS (ADP preferred). Strong problem-solving, communication, and multitasking skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred; HR certification a plus.
