**Job Overview**:
**Job Responsibility**:
- Formulate, review, revise, and manage methods of administering policies and procedures of the Human Resources Department
- Manage the human resources information system; ensure proper input, training, changes, and reporting for the system
- Monitor changes in government regulations and ensure implementation by affected departments or groups
- Coordinate and supervise activities of Human Resources Generalists and Administrators
- Perform or approve human resource reporting to management, government agencies, and others
- Receive complaints or charges from employees, contractors, customers, and government agencies, and respond formally on behalf of the company
- Monitor wage or salary and benefits or similar industries and make recommendations as needed
- Manage recruitment activity for the facility or country that they are supporting
- Administer the anti-drug policy
- Responsible for onboarding new hires and inter-company transfers
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent preferred
- 6 to 10+ years of relevant professional HR experience (4+ years in a leadership role) for a large global corporation
- Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and proven ability to work well with employees and management
- Effective communication and management skills are needed
- Human Resources certification is a plus
