Position: LATAM Sales Administrator - HubSpot Type of Contract: Independent Contractor Working Hours: US business hours (40hrs weekly) Salary Range: $2.000 - $3.000 USD monthly (based on experience) We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support our commercial operations across the LATAM region. The ideal candidate is a proactive professional with strong experience in CRM management—specifically HubSpot —and a proven ability to streamline sales processes, maintain accurate records, and support the sales team in achieving their targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. Key Responsibilities Sales Operations & Administration Maintain, update, and optimize the company’s HubSpot CRM , ensuring data accuracy and proper lifecycle management of leads, deals, and pipelines. Support the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks, including quote creation, contract preparation, and follow-up documentation. Assist in managing the end-to-end sales cycle by coordinating calls, scheduling meetings, and ensuring timely follow-ups. Track, monitor, and report weekly and monthly sales KPIs, pipeline status, and performance metrics. HubSpot Management Build and manage automated workflows, sequences, lead scoring systems, and dashboards to enhance sales productivity. Ensure accurate data entry, segmentation, and ongoing CRM hygiene across all LATAM accounts. Create reports and insights for management to guide forecasting and strategic decisions. Train team members on HubSpot usage, best practices, and new features. Client & Stakeholder Support Serve as a point of contact between clients, internal departments, and the LATAM sales team. Assist with onboarding new clients by collecting required documentation and coordinating implementation steps. Respond to inquiries and provide information to clients in a professional and timely manner. Process Optimization Identify gaps in sales operations and propose improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Support the implementation of new tools, processes, and SOPs across regional teams. Collaborate with marketing to ensure the alignment of lead generation efforts and data flow into HubSpot. Requirements 2–4 years of experience in Sales Administration, Sales Operations, or related roles. Strong proficiency with HubSpot CRM (workflows, sequences, reports, automations, dashboards). Experience working with LATAM clients or teams; knowledge of regional sales practices is a plus. Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English . Ability to analyze data and generate meaningful insights for the sales team. High attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency in documentation. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and other sales tools is an advantage. Nice to Have Experience with other CRM or sales enablement tools. Background in SaaS, technology, or B2B environments. Familiarity with sales forecasting and revenue operations.
