BCI works across all farm sizes and geographies. It is crucial that Better Cotton producers, and the cotton they produce, can continue to access international markets in the face of changing regulatory and business expectations. Join us at Better Cotton as Membership& Supply ChainOfficer, LATAM & Portugal and support member engagement and the implementation of Better Cotton's supply chain systems across the LATAM and Portugal region. The Challenge Looking ahead to 2030, we are targeting reducing GHG emissions from cotton production by half, big cuts in synthetic pesticide use, improve soil health across our network, improve farm income and support women's empowerment among farmers and farm workers. As Membership & Supply Chain Officer, you will be responsible for supportsmembers and supply chainactors toachieve theirBetter Cotton sourcing targets by enabling accessto the Better Cotton Platform, delivering insights through reporting, andsupportingstakeholder engagementprocess,trainingand events, which contribute to systemic change towards more sustainable cotton production.Youwill providehigh qualityadministrative support to the LATAM/Portugal Team, and support reporting for the region. Areas that play to your strengths We are seeking a motivated Membership & Supply Chain Officer to join our Membership and Supply Chain Team. Membership Engagement & Support Recruit and onboard new members and suppliers. Guide applicants through documentation, cotton consumption calculations, and compliance steps. Maintain member accounts and process applications using Salesforce and assisting members with annual cotton consumption reporting. Respond to stakeholder queries via Helpdesk and escalate when needed. Support external communications and awareness of Better Cotton initiatives. Supply Chain Operations Monitor and troubleshoot
