Airswift is seeking a Planning Analyst to work on a Contractor position in Rio de Janeiro with an Oil and Gas Company. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain close working relationships with discipline engineers and operational level planning team.Assist in the macro planning of the activities of the respective discipline, in order to optimize third-party shipments and coordinate demands on the fleet.Monitor preventive and corrective service orders in the CMMS that require production stoppages or UMS scope, supporting project engineers in making resources available to execute the services.Carry out registration/adjustment of materials with the material coding department (Klassmatt).Create/Monitoring purchase requisitions in the CMMS, and carry out an action plan together with the supply chain, under the guidance of the discipline engineer. Interact at an operational level with the Integrated Planning team and operations team planning personnel mobilization.Verify and ensure the qualifications of outsourced personnel, review the documentation required for boarding and support the logistics team for registering the team in the client's system.Interface with the logistics team to request and monitor the mobilization of materials from service providers to carry out activities during shipment.Assist the discipline engineer in reviewing the services performed, attaching reports to the respective work orders and creating maintenance notes to meet recommendations, when applicable.Project cost monitoring • Setting up new monitoring indicators in the area using tools such as Power BI for data analysis.Preparation of Executive Presentations in ppt and interactive Dashboards in Power Bi.Project Cost Management, Cost Monitoring/Forecast, to assist project engineers in making decisions with the objective of completing the project within the established budget; JOB QUALIFICATIONS Experience working with planning or execution in the maintenance area;Experience in working with supply chain;Intermediate office package.Knowledge of the SAP system will be an advantage;Knowledge of Power bi; Intermediate English (Advanced will be an advantage); ABOUT AIRSWIFT Airswift serves as a strategic partner to our clients in STEM industries.
