Team Overview
We’re seeking a resilient and proactive Payroll Specialist to join our multicultural LATAM Payroll Team. This role is critical in ensuring accurate, compliant, and efficient payroll operations across multiple countries while fostering collaboration across regions. Beyond technical expertise, we value ownership, adaptability, and teamwork in a fast-paced, cross-border environment.
Role Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll operations for Brazil and SSL countries.
- Work collaboratively alongside a team of experienced payroll specialists and report directly to the Regional Payroll Manager.
- Ensure 100% accuracy and strict compliance with local statutory legislation and internal controls.
- Reconcile payroll data with accounting records and resolve discrepancies promptly.
