In this role, you will work remotely as a strategic partner to leadership. This is an ideal position for a proactive, organized professional looking to work closely with C-level management in a global environment. Key Responsibilities: Operational Excellence: efficiently manage complex calendars, international travel logistics, and inbox triage to ensure the CEO’s day-to-day runs smoothly. Strategic Support: act as a partner to the CEO by leading ad-hoc business projects, conducting market research, and preparing briefing materials to support decision-making. Communication & Reporting: prepare high-quality presentations (decks), reports, and meeting minutes for board meetings and internal strategy sessions.
