About MeetGeek We’re looking for a Customer Success Representative (Junior)who’s passionate about helping customers succeed — and curious about what’s next in AI, automation, and workflow design. This role blends customer support, customer success, and operations . You’ll help users go beyond meeting notes and unlock the full power of MeetGeek’s agentic capabilities — from automated follow-ups to real-time action triggers. About the Role Technical Troubleshooting Support users through questions about agent setup, integrations, or system behavior. Collaborate with engineering to resolve edge cases. Customer Onboarding & Success Guide new customers from kickoff to activation. Help teams integrate MeetGeek into daily operations, measure value, and drive adoption. CRM & Billing Ownership Manage Stripe billing flows (upgrades and cancellations). Ensure customers have clarity on billing and
