Especialista Funcional Oracle Cloud – A2 C (Finanças)Estamos buscando um(a) profissional sênior para atuar no suporte e operação dos módulos de contas a receber e cobrança do Oracle ERP Cloud. Você fará parte de um time global, garantindo a entrega de serviços com excelência, conformidade SOX e aderência aos padrões ITIL.Responsabilidades:Atuar nos módulos: Contas a Receber (Receivables), Clientes, Faturamento e Pagamentos, CobrançaResolver chamados dentro dos prazos estabelecidos (SLA), em parceria com fornecedores e equipes internasApoiar usuários durante o fechamento contábil mensal em regiões como LATAM, EUA e APACRealizar testes de regressão nas atualizações trimestrais do ambiente Oracle Saa SGarantir conformidade com requisitos SOX e manter documentação alinhada ao ITILConduzir operações de suporte com foco em qualidade, comunicação e melhoria contínuaImplementar boas práticas usando ferramentas como Service Now e Git LabInteragir com equipes de engenharia da Oracle e outras áreas de entrega para garantir integrações eficazesRequisitos Técnicos:Experiência funcional em Oracle ERP Cloud: Receivíveis, Clientes, Cobrança e FaturamentoConhecimento em captura de documentos fiscais e integração com Syncro ou EDICOMEntendimento da tributação brasileira aplicada a faturamento e contas a receberVivência com localizações Oracle para o Brasil (LACLS) e geração de relatóriosDomínio de ferramentas como BIP, PL/SQL, Web Services (SOAP e REST), FBDI, ADFDiGraduação em Contabilidade, Finanças, TI ou área relacionadaFluência obrigatória em inglês.
