What you'll do As a People Services Associate, you will join the Global People Services team operating within the HR Business Partner organization. This team is focused on direct support for our employees based on a wide variety of HR queries. You are a highly motivated self-starter who is responsible for developing innovative ways to support our employee population, owning a resolution from notification to closure and recommending HR process improvements that enable our teams to be successful. You are focused on employee satisfaction in all that you do. This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sr Manager, People Services. Responsibility Act as the primary point of contact for creating and managing job requisitions globally within Workday, ensuring all data (job levels, compensation, cost centers, locations, job designations, etc.) is accurate and compliant with local and regional standards Monitor the status of open job requisitions to ensure they are moving through the approval process and proactively identify and resolve any inquiry related to job requisitions Manage and respond to ServiceNow tickets efficiently Identify and escalate complex issues to more senior members of the People Services team or to cross-functional teams such as HRBPs or hiring managers as necessary Ensure timely resolution and communication to affected parties Support LATAM new hire onboarding presentations and assign general questions to stakeholders Facilitate exit interviews for employees leaving the company; Assist with mass data inputs/uploads, ensuring data submitted to the People Operations team is accurate and ready for loading Work on cross-functions projects as needed Job Designation Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation) Positions at Docusign are assigned a job designation of either In Office, Hybrid or Remote and are specific to the role/job. Preferred job designations are not guaranteed when changing positions within Docusign. Docusign reserves the right to change a position's job designation depending on business needs and as permitted by local law.
