Key Responsibilities Edit, proofread, and publish web content to ensure clarity, grammar, accuracy, and alignment with brand guidelines. Maintain content quality across pages, ensuring consistency in style, formatting, and structure. Collaborate with writers, designers, and developers to produce and update webpages. Optimize content for UX and SEO, including internal linking and accessibility. Manage and update content in a CMS (e.g., Sanity, Word Press, or similar). Monitor website performance and user engagement; recommend improvements based on analytics. Conduct regular content audits to identify outdated or underperforming material. Maintain an editorial calendar and coordinate updates with other departments. Qualifications & Skills 2+ years of experience in digital content editing or publishing, ideally for travel, lifestyle, luxury, or e-commerce websites. Strong editorial skills: writing, editing, and proofreading with exceptional attention to detail. Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (Sanity, Word Press, or a headless CMS). Familiarity with HTML/CSS basics and the ability to make light formatting or layout adjustments. Working knowledge of Google Analytics (or similar) for measuring content performance. Strong understanding of UX principles, web design best practices, accessibility, and mobile optimization. Visual sensibility: ability to assess image quality, typography, layout, and overall digital presentation. Organized and proactive, with experience managing an editorial calendar and coordinating content workflows. Collaborative and adaptable in a fast-paced digital environment.
