You will play a key role in helping Chili secure webinars, podcasts, publication features, guest posts, and strategic partnerships, while also building the founder’s personal brand on LinkedIn to generate inbound leads and strengthen industry authority. Program Overview Duration: Up to 2 years, with potential for full-time hireWorkload: 6 hours per dayOpenings: 1 position Start Date:** **January 5th, 2026 Location: Onsite – São Paulo What You’ll Do Media Outreach & PR Execution Research, pitch, and secure webinars, podcast interviews, media placements, and guest article opportunities. Build and maintain media lists, journalist databases, and partnership trackers across Brazil, Latam, and global markets. Draft and refine press releases, pitches, articles, bios, and media briefs. Support in negotiating guest posting arrangements and confirming speaking engagements. Monitor industry news, trends, and publications to proactively identify opportunities. Prepare PR calendars, outreach follow-ups, and placement reports. Founder Thought Leadership & LinkedIn Ghostwriting Ghostwrite weekly LinkedIn posts to strengthen the founder’s personal brand, authority, and lead generation. Repurpose insights from internal meetings, webinars, industry news, and Chili’s projects into compelling posts. Manage a consistent posting schedule aligned with business goals. Monitor comments, engagement, and DM conversations to identify warm leads and collaboration opportunities. Assist in shaping the founder’s narrative, tone, and positioning for maximum influence. Content & Communication Support Prepare media kits, profiles, testimonials, and pitch templates. Support in writing scripts, talking points, and outlines for webinars and interviews. Help create thought leadership articles for external publications. Collaborate with designers and marketing to ensure communication is visually on-brand. Additional PR & Brand Development Tasks Assist with awards submissions and industry recognitions. Support in event coordination for webinars, roundtables, and online panels. Track PR KPIs, placements, outreach success rates, and audience reach. What We’re Looking For Students from 2nd year onward (Communications, PR, Journalism, Marketing, International Relations, or related fields). Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills in Portuguese. Advanced English mandatory; Spanish is a strong advantage. Persuasive communicator comfortable with pitching, negotiating, and following up. Strong research ability and resilience when reaching out to publications and partners. Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple outreach pipelines simultaneously. Interest in personal branding, storytelling, and the media landscape. Ability to adopt and emulate a founder’s tone of voice for ghostwriting.
