Chili Internship Program 2026 – Social Media Automation & Creative AI

Where creativity, AI, and automation redefine the future of digital marketing.

Chili is looking for design-forward, tech-curious students who want to explore how AI and automation are transforming social media production. If you're passionate about visual content, excited by emerging technologies, and eager to learn how to scale creative systems inside a high-performance agency, this is your chance to join an innovative, data-driven, and experimentation-focused environment.

Program Overview

Duration: Up to 2 years, with potential for full-time hire
Workload: 6 hours per day
Openings: 2 positions
Start Date: January 5th, 2026
Location: Onsite – São Paulo

What You'll Do

  • Create high-quality social media assets using generative AI tools such as Canva AI, Adobe Firefly, MidJourney, DALL·E, Gemini, and Nano Banana.

  • Build and maintain automation workflows for content production, scheduling, optimization, and reporting.

  • Assist in developing and structuring content calendars aligned with campaign objectives.

  • Test and optimize creative variations using AI insights, A/B testing tools, and performance data.

  • Support in producing visually compelling performance reports and client presentations.

  • Collaborate closely with designers, copywriters, and strategists to ensure automation enhances creativity rather than replaces it.

  • Participate in creative R&D—exploring new tools, techniques, and emerging social formats.

What We're Looking For

  • Students from 2nd year onward (Design, Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related fields).

  • Strong design foundation (Adobe Suite, Canva, Figma; experience with AI tools is a bonus).

  • Interest or experience in social media, automation tools, and creative AI.

  • Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and organization.

  • Excellent communication skills in Portuguese; English proficiency is a strong plus.

  • Curiosity for the intersection of design, technology, and scalable creative systems.
