About the Company A fast-growing AdTech company operating in the creative automation and SaaS design space, helping global brands produce high-performing social and catalog ads at scale. Trusted by leading retail, fashion, and lifestyle brands, the company’s platform empowers marketing teams to create, test, and optimize ad creatives efficiently. Role Overview We’re looking for an Advertising Designer with a strong background in paid social design to craft and optimize high-performing ad creatives across major platforms like Meta, Snapchat, Pinterest, and TikTok (static formats). This role blends creative execution with performance-driven insights—you’ll design ads that not only look stunning but also convert. You’ll collaborate closely with clients, internal design strategists, and cross-functional teams to transform brand assets and product feeds into impactful creative templates that drive measurable results. Your Impact Your work will directly shape how global brands engage audiences through digital advertising. By combining creativity with data insights, you’ll produce ad visuals that elevate conversion rates and brand storytelling—making you a key creative force in scaling performance campaigns. Core Responsibilities Creative Design & Execution – 40% Design product-focused ads and static creative templates optimized for social media performance. Translate brand guidelines and assets into compelling, platform-ready ad layouts. Iterate designs based on performance data, A/B test outcomes, and client feedback. Client Collaboration & Communication – 25% Partner with clients to understand goals and provide design recommendations. Support onboarding through creative setup and product feed integrations. Present designs and updates professionally via calls or written communication. Performance & Optimization – 20% Review creative performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, engagement) to refine designs. Use a test-and-learn mindset to identify what visuals drive conversions. Collaborate with internal teams to improve design frameworks and processes. Cross-Functional Collaboration – 15% Work with Product and Marketing teams to align on creative direction. Contribute to internal marketing and brand design projects. Share creative insights and help develop scalable creative workflows. Requirements Must-Have (Required): 1–3+ years of experience in graphic design for paid social ads (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, etc.). Strong portfolio demonstrating ad campaigns for digital or e-commerce brands. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma . Excellent English communication skills for client-facing interactions. Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple design projects simultaneously. Comfortable with Google Sheets or Excel for light data tracking or performance analysis. Self-managed and proactive; thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments. Nice-to-Have (Preferred): Experience using Meta Ads Manager or working with paid media teams. Background in startup, SaaS, or performance marketing settings. Familiarity with ad automation tools or dynamic creative optimization (DCO) . Basic understanding of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) for ideation or creative inspiration.
