Now to Brand Design at tl;dv Responsibilities Remote-first (worldwide applicants welcome) Part-time freelance (5–20 h/week) with a clear path to full-time within 12 months based on impact Reports to Founder/Marketing/Head of Design Own day-to-day marketing design: ad creatives, product marketing animations, landing pages, websites, email visuals, partner assets Evolve and guard our brand system (typography, color, illustration, motion, component libraries) across web and product-adjacent surfaces Turn complex AI features into clear, conversion-ready visuals (diagrams, product mockups, short motion snippets) Rapidly prototype A/B test variants; ship multiple creative angles per week Build reusable templates for speed (social sets, launch kits, webinar packs, sales one-pagers) Collaborate on campaign concepts end-to-end: insight → moodboard → concept → production → iteration Maintain a tidy Figma workspace (components, tokens, documentation) so others can self-serve What Success Looks Like Enhancing our designs to build thought-leadership as a bold brand within AI SaaS Asset turnaround under 48 h for priority requests; weekly creative batch drops A cohesive brand system used across marketing and sales with near-zero rework Who You Are 6+ years hands-on design experience in SaaS / AI (agency or in-house) You know the category patterns – and how to break them Exceptional taste. Refined typography, layout discipline, restraint where it matters, edge where it counts Deep interest in current design trends in tech/SaaS/AI; you’ve got references at your fingertips Not afraid to be bold. You can defend strong creative while staying coachable Fast-paced, passionate, easy to work with. Low-ego collaborator who communicates crisply Tools: Figma & Wordpress / Elementor power user; Adobe Illustrator as needed Bonus if you can add light motion (After Effects, or Figma video exports) Bonus Points Have 2–4+ years in marketing/advertising environments (performance creative, concepting, storytelling) Can produce quick micro-motion (feature reveals, UI walkthroughs, ad loops) Understand performance marketing basics (hook hierarchy, thumb-stop, offer framing, mobile-first) Have experience building componentized design systems for marketing The Opportunity Start part-time freelance; earn your way into a full-time seat in 12 months through results Ship work that's seen by millions, not buried in decks Direct access to founders; zero bureaucracy; ownership from day one What to Include Portfolio with 6–10 pieces relevant to SaaS/AI marketing (ads, LPs, campaign sets, brand work) For 3 highlights, add 2–3 lines on goal → your role → outcome (metrics if possible) Short note on brands you admire in AI/SaaS and why (2–3 bullets) Optional: a 30–60s Loom walking through one project How to Apply Email: ****** Important: Share your LinkedIn and portfolio The more your application stands out, the faster we'll respond.
