GoHigh Level Specialist Company: OutfitMD Department: Operations / Technology Reports To: CEO & Leadership Team Role Overview The GoHigh Level Specialist is responsible for owning, managing, and optimizing the entire backend technology and automation infrastructure for OutfitMD. This role serves as the internal technical authority for CRM systems, workflows, automations, integrations, and platform performance. This position ensures OutfitMD has full internal control, visibility, and scalability of its systems. The role is highly technical, execution-focused, and critical to the company’s ability to scale efficiently By maintaining strong internal ownership of platform logic and automation, this role enables seamless operations across Sales, Implementation, Client Success, and Marketing ensuring systems evolve alongside the business and can reliably support increased volume, complexity, and long-term expansion. Primary Objectives • Own and manage OutfitMD’s CRM and automation ecosystem • Build, maintain, and optimize GHL workflows and automations • Eliminate dependency on external GHL vendors • Ensure system stability, scalability, and performance • Support Implementation, Client Success, and Sales through reliable systems Core Responsibilities CRM & Automation Ownership • Serve as the primary internal expert for GoHighLevel • Build and maintain workflows, automations, triggers, and pipelines • Configure forms, calendars, intake processes, and communication logic • Manage integrations with third-party tools (SMS, email,
