Formação: Design Gráfico, Comunicação, Design Multimídia, Marketing ou áreas afins Certificações ou formação avançada em Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design) Conhecimento atualizado de tendências de design e melhores práticas Desejável experiência com UX e ferramentas como Sketch ou Adobe XD Conhecimento sólido em HTML e CSS Capacidade de criar para digital e impresso, seguindo guidelines robustas ???? Experiência: Mínimo de 4 anos em agência, in-house ou freelancer Portfólio forte com variedade de projetos e atenção ao detalhe Experiência com empresas internacionais e brand books exigentes Excelente comunicação e colaboração Experiência prévia no setor financeiro é um diferencial Capacidade comprovada de desenvolver conceitos, gráficos e layouts completos RESPONSABILIDADES Criar peças, ilustrações e layouts para materiais digitais e impressos Desenvolver conceitos criativos alinhados aos objetivos do cliente Colaborar com stakeholders internos e externos, incorporando feedbacks Produzir logotipos, banners, brochuras e materiais de marketing Garantir consistência visual e aderência às diretrizes de marca Preparar e otimizar designs para impressão e plataformas digitais Editar imagens (correção, retoque, redimensionamento) Gerenciar demandas de design para diferentes formatos Atuar com equipes multifuncionais para entregar soluções criativas DIFERENCIAIS Portfólio focado em projetos digitais e identidades visuais Experiência com empresas do setor financeiro ou fintechs Organização e gestão de multitarefas Criatividade unida à visão estratégica DETALHES DA VAGA ????
