Descrição do perfil:Responsável por suportar a área de projetos e nos processos informacionais, gerando oportunidades de automação, viabilizando a integração e manutenção de sistemas e dados, visando a digitalização dos processos, incluindo a criação de indicadores de monitoramento, KPIs, bem como a documentação operacional.Principais Atividades:- Conduzir projetos de excelência operacional;- Participar de projetos de contratação de sistemas que suportem a área;- Revisar, aprimorar e reportar KPIs , incluindo a proposição, condução e participação em projetos de digitalização de processos e ferramentas da área;- Construir o mapa de sistemas e dados da área, integrações e rotinas sistêmicas de automação dos processos bem como sua manutenção;- Viabilizar estruturas e rotinas de análise de dados por meio de big data e bases de dados;- Avaliar a posteriori o impacto da mudança sistêmica frente aos processos da área;- Desenvolver e manter soluções utilizando Power Apps e Power Automate;- Apoiar projetos de inovação com foco em tecnologias, especialmente Inteligência Artificial;- Automatizar fluxos de trabalho e processos internos;- Atuar em conjunto com áreas de negócio para levantamento de requisitos e desenho de soluções;- Elaborar documentação técnica e relatórios de acompanhamento de projetos;- Conduzir testes e validações de soluções desenvolvidas;Conhecimento, Experiência e Formação:- Conhecimento em Ferramentas de visualização de dados (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik etc);- Conhecimento em Data Analytics;- Conhecimento em Project Management;- Experiência prática com Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate);- Conhecimento em Inteligência Artificial aplicada a negócios (ex: uso de APIs, modelos preditivos, copilots);- Domínio do Pacote Office, especialmente Excel e Power Point;- Formação em Tecnologia da Informação, Engenharia, Sistemas de Informação, administração ou áreas correlatas;- Desejável: conhecimento em metodologias ágeis.
