Location: South America - Fully Remote Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities Manage and grow our online community through DMs, comments, and conversations. Use AI-assisted tools (like ChatGPT, Manychat, or Notion AI) to personalize and streamline engagement. Identify and nurture leads, fans, and ambassadors through authentic outreach. Track engagement metrics and share insights for community growth. Collaborate with content and marketing teams for aligned messaging. Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful 2+ years of experience managing online communities or social engagement. Comfortable working with entrepreneurs and startup-style brands. Strong writing and communication skills with a personable, upbeat tone. Familiarity with AI chat and automation tools for engagement. Proactive, organized, and socially savvy.
