WHY JOIN US  If you're looking for a place to grow, make an impact, and work with people who care, we'd love to meet you ABOUT THE ROLE As a Middle People Analytics & Automation Specialist , you’ll transform complex HR data into actionable insights that drive strategic talent decisions while streamlining processes through automation. You’ll collaborate across HR, IT, and Finance teams to build robust data models, dashboards, and workflows, enhancing organizational efficiency and employee experience. This role offers the chance to innovate at the intersection of data, technology, and people in a dynamic, agile environment. WHAT YOU WILL DO - Data Analysis: Utilize advanced analytical techniques to interpret complex data sets. Extract meaningful insights and trends to provide actionable recommendations. - Data Modeling: Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data models. Develop and maintain data models to support reporting and analysis needs. - Data Quality Assurance: Ensure data accuracy and consistency across various datasets. Identify and address data quality issues to maintain data integrity. - Reporting and Visualization: Design and develop reports and dashboards using Looker Studio (Google). Create visually appealing and intuitive dashboards that effectively communicate key metrics and insights to stakeholders. - Process Analysis: Map existing manual HR processes to identify high-value opportunities for automation. - Automation Design & Implementation: Develop and deploy automation tools, scripts, and workflows to streamline and optimize HR operations. - System Integration: Collaborate with IT/Data Engineering to integrate various HR systems and data sources, enabling seamless data flow for reporting and analysis. - Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for all developed reports, dashboards, and automated workflows. MUST HAVES - +2 years proven experience in data analysis . - +2 years of hands-on experience in SQL (joins, window functions, CTEs, sub-queries, performance optimization knowledge); - Proficiency with data visualization in Looker Studio (Google) or similar BI tools ; - Familiarity with Git and DBT or similar Data Engineering tools; - Proficiency using Google Sheets; - Strong analytical mindset; - Ability to connect data/insights directly to business objectives and strategy; - Excellent written/verbal communication and storytelling skills; - Ability to consult, gather requirements, and build strong relationships with cross-functional teams (HR, IT, Finance); - Upper-intermediate English level. NICE TO HAVES - Experience working in an Agile environment; - Understanding of data audits, ETL pipelines, and data governance; - Knowledge of DWH, relational databases and GS AppScripts; - Knowledge of AI tools usage, such as Gemini Pro and ChatGPT; - HRIS admin experience is a plus; - Usage of automation tools such as Zoho/Zapier; - Experience designing and implementing automation solutions for business processes.
