O que esperamos de você: Liderar e motivar a equipe para entregar soluções de alta qualidade e impacto no trading; Desenvolver arquiteturas escaláveis e confiáveis, alinhadas às necessidades do mercado financeiro e crédito; Colaborar com stakeholders para transformar requisitos em funcionalidades técnicas eficientes; Gerenciar projetos e recursos, garantindo entregas no prazo e dentro do escopo; Atuar com foco em .NET C#, bancos não relacionais (DynamoDB) e sistemas de mensageria (SQS, SNS); Zelar pela qualidade desde o desenvolvimento até o acompanhamento das releases; Diferenciais: Experiência com Cloud AWS, incluindo dimensionamento de custos; Conhecimento avançado em modelagem de bancos não relacionais; Entendimento de produtos de crédito NPL para soluções estratégicas.
