Senior Data Engineering Specialist

Job Description We are developing a cutting-edge data collection pipeline which leverages AWS and is built using Go and Typescript. Our focus lies on innovation, quality, and accessibility as we create a one-stop lead generation platform. The customer-facing part of our solution is a web application built with Typescript and GraphQL. It's deployed on AWS and utilizes a serverless paradigm where most of our code runs as AWS's Lambda functions. The AWS infrastructure is managed using Terraform. We're seeking a senior backend engineer to join us on an initial 12-month contract basis. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with AWS, Typescript, and willing to adapt new technologies like Go. A language agnostic approach to software engineering is considered an asset. Ensure the quality of our data processing pipeline Design and review processes that optimize speed and cost efficiency Integrate all steps in our data pipeline seamlessly Optimize the product for continuous scalability Deliver ongoing process improvements Collaborate with frontend engineers, CTO, and principle software engineer Meet aggressive development timelines. Own complex tasks from concept to completion, ensuring high standards of quality under pressure.
