Learn more about it THE OPPORTUNITY We are hiring a Partner Intelligence Manager to our Partner Ops Team in São Paulo The Partner Operations team is looking for a Partner Operations Data Manager to partner with our Quality Hub Analytics team to solve the most important data topics of our partners. You will help drive efficiency and sustainability to grow Wellhub business and a better relationship with our partners. YOUR IMPACT Monitor metrics and proactively bring insights to the Partner Operations team. Develop data-driven decisions on topics including: forecasting, growth/churn strategy, territory optimization, process improvement. Establish working relationships with Commercial leaders (globally) and other cross-functional teams. Influence and provide thoughtful and well argumented challenges to them in order to achieve the best business solutions possible; Identify gaps of functioning, build cases, and influence stakeholders for improvements; Provide insights about data security to the team guaranteeing we have risk mitigation plans in place; Effectively manage and be knowledgeable of the data. Ability to prioritize the main tasks - among several others- that will add the most value to Wellhub. Remain focused on strategic initiatives and not mostly in operational ones.
