Learn more about it THE OPPORTUNITY We are hiring a CX Global Sales Manager to our Business Transformation team in São Paulo   The CX Global Sales Manager will be responsible for driving call center sales performance while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This role will oversee both inbound and outbound sales operations (internal teams and third-party vendors), implementing strategies that optimize conversion, efficiency, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will be a data-driven, performance-oriented leader with a proven track record of scaling customer-centric sales operations in a call center environment. YOUR IMPACT  Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales-driven CX strategies to maximize revenue while maintaining a customer-first approach. Campaign Performance & Optimization: Monitor individual campaign performance, adjusting strategies to align with stakeholder goals and maximize conversion rates. Call Center Operations: Oversee daily operations to ensure teams meet sales, quality, and efficiency targets while maintaining an excellent customer experience. Capacity & Workforce Planning: Ensure adequate resource allocation for both inbound and outbound sales by managing forecasting and scheduling. Performance & KPI Management: Analyze and track sales performance, conversion rates, and team productivity, driving continuous improvement and optimization. Vendor & Third-Party Management: Ensure external sales partners meet performance standards while aligning with the company’s CX and sales goals. Customer Insights & CX Alignment: Use customer feedback and sales data to refine engagement strategies, ensuring a balance between revenue generation and customer satisfaction. Technology & Process Innovation: Leverage tools like predictive and power dialing, Bots, WhatsApp to enhance outbound sales, ensuring scalability and efficiency. Reporting & Executive Communication: Provide regular updates on key sales and CX metrics to senior leadership, including actionable insights for growth. WHO YOU ARE Prior experience leading sales-driven call center operations. Proven ability to balance revenue growth and customer experience in a high-performance sales environment. Strong data analytics and forecasting skills to drive sales optimization. Expertise in call center tools (e.g., predictive dialing, CRM, sales engagement platforms, WhatsApp and Bots). Ability to manage internal teams and third-party vendors effectively. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, aligning sales efforts with business objectives. Fluency in written and spoken English (other languages are a plus). MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
