This role involves working closely with stakeholders to analyze business processes, manage data, integrate systems, and implement technical customizations.How your day-to-day work will look like:✅ Analyze and optimize business processes to align with Dynamics 365 capabilities. ✅ Design and implement data management strategies including migration, cleansing, and governance. ✅ Develop and maintain system integrations using APIs, middleware, and connectors. ✅ Perform technical customizations using Power Platform, plugins, workflows, and custom code. ✅ Lead and support project management activities including planning, execution, and delivery. ✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions. ✅ Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing problem-solving expertise. ✅ Document solutions, configurations, and user guides for stakeholders and end-users. ✅ Stay current with Microsoft updates, features, and best practices.This would make you the ideal candidate:✨ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. ✨ Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Functional/Technical Consultant Associate. ✨ Experience with Azure services and DevOps. ✨ Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems integration. ✨ Advanced English Level is required for this role as you will work with US clients.
