Amazon International Devices & Services Finance team is looking for a Finance Manager, to lead the finance business partnership for our one or more of our regional product lines in Devices.This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the most innovative businesses at Amazon. We manage devices like Kindle, FireTV, Echo etc. This role will be responsible for analyzing and overseeing our investments in the areas of go-to-market, demand generation and strategic business initiatives.To be successful, you should be able to dive-deep with data and use business judgement to influence decisions. You will work with senior business and finance leaders in a multi-cultural, international environment.You will drive exciting projects, build reporting, and manage business stakeholders across the Intl Device Sales & Marketing teams and the North America Devices stakeholders.This is an exciting opportunity for an entrepreneurial minded candidate who wants to work in a start-up like environment and is passionate about hardware and digital experiences.Key job responsibilitiesGo-to-market- Support new launches with pricing and profitability analysesDemand generation- Evaluate/Approve business case to support demand generation activities across direct and indirect channelsChannel Investment- Evaluate/Approve investment in resellers for manpower/capex/margin/marketingFP&A- Support annual planning cycles as well as long-range plans for one or more categories/channels- Liaise with Accounting to oversee month-end closing and reportingBASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Experience in multiple finance and accounting roles- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field- Speak, write, and read fluently in Portuguese- Excellent written and spoken English language proficiencyPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience in identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, identifying the root cause and creating/implementing an escalation plan- Experience building and managing financial models for business forecasting and problem solving- MBA, or CPA- Knowledge of SQL/ETL- Experience communicating results to senior leadership- Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of resultsOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
