职责市场研究与分析:负责目标市场分析与对标,根据目标市场开发要求,收集目标市场信息,整合并形成分析结论。市场策略报告:在指导下完成所属市场经营策略的方案报告及市场行动计划。渠道开发与管理:经销商开发与管理,依据经营体发展计划,开发经销商资源并选择符合公司要求的经销商,对经销商营销过程进行指导和管控。二网开发与管理:推动经销商进行网店开发、运营和培训。销售运营与提升:策略制定和执行(价格、营销、产品等):与经销商确认年度销售计划,推动经销商制定营销、产品、价格等策略,并具体签订各类相关商务合同。对市场业务涉及到各项具体推进事项进行检核与反馈。风险控制:实时了解目标市场最新法规和动态变化,确认资金回笼等。计划制定与执行:清晰认识整体经营目标,与内外部协同机构有效沟通、联动。任职资格本科及以上学历,英语可作为工作语言。5年及以上海外销售工作经验,能适应海外出差。具有较强的沟通协调能力。有较强的市场敏锐度、执行力,具有经营思维。
