Contratação PJ Atuação remota - com visitas ocasionais ao escritório Empresa de tecnologia em forte expansão busca um(a) Growth Product Manager para atuar em um produto digital com modelo PLG (Product-Led Growth), com foco em crescimento escalável e inteligente através de canais de venda. O desafio envolve aumentar receita recorrente (MRR/ARR), melhorar retenção e implementar estratégias que conectem produto, marketing e canais. Responsabilidades Entender profundamente o produto, canais e métricas SaaS para impulsionar crescimento. Criar estratégias com parceiros para aumentar performance e reduzir churn. Implementar e escalar o modelo PLG, garantindo sua efetividade. Atuar junto aos times de Produto e Marketing, trazendo insights para evolução do produto. Rodar campanhas criativas e data-driven para engajamento dos canais. Monitorar métricas-chave: retenção, engajamento, churn e receita. Requisitos Experiência em Growth, Channel Management, Customer Success ou Produto, preferencialmente em SaaS. Conhecimento em processos de construção de produto digital e go-to-market. Forte atuação em Marketing/Vendas. Familiaridade com SLG/PLG e métricas SaaS. Perfil analítico, orientado a dados e execução rápida.
