Job Purpose Join our team as an Intern in Sourcing and Procurement Job Description Making sure all the information necessary for issuing the inquiry is available, Checking if purchasing conditions are applicable to the project and if not, reports to the Project Procurement Manager, Expediting bids, Negotiation with the short listed / selected supplier, Preparing the purchase order documents in due time and checks for quality, Continuously communicating order status with internal stakeholders, and ensure accuracy of system data. Requirements: Ability to work in a team environment, Giving and taking constructive feedback well, Maintaining a high professional standard and promote good team dynamics, Ability to handle dynamic work environments. Good communication skills.
