ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Senior Agentic AI Engineer to build secure enterprise applications and agentic workflows that connect AI agents to enterprise data and tools. MUST HAVESBachelor's in CS/Software Engineering/related STEM (or Bachelor's + Master's/higher in STEM)5+ years software development experience(or equivalent demonstrated skill)StrongReact, API development, application architecture, automated testing, CI/CDExperience buildingAI-assisted apps, agentic workflows, or tool-calling solutionsExperience withMCP, structured outputs, context management, or comparable frameworksExperience withauth/authz, RBAC, and secure coding practicesNICE TO HAVESDatabricks, Unity Catalog, Data Lake, or comparableGit Lab CI/CD or comparablePolicy-as-code, infrastructure-as-code, configuration-driven platformsExperience building data marketplaces, governance platforms, or internal developer platformsFamiliarity with privacy/security/regulatory/AI governance controlsExperience in regulated or risk-sensitive environments. WHAT YOU WILL DOArchitect and develop secure enterprise applications (React, Type Script, Python, API services)Build agentic workflows and MCP-based integrations connecting AI applications to enterprise data/toolsImplement structured outputs, workflow state management, human-approval steps, and error recoveryBuild authentication, authorization, RBAC, and audit loggingImplement AI evaluation, guardrails, tracing, and monitoring (quality/safety/performance/cost)Partner with domain experts and PMs to translate requirements into scalable solutionsDesign reusable, configuration-driven components for cross-team useOwn production-quality code, tests, and documentationMentor other engineers; guide technical direction across teamsPERKS AND BENEFITSProfessional growth : Mentorship, Tech Talks, and personalized growth petitive compensation : USD-based pay with education, fitness, and team activity budgets.
