About the Role We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Contract Manager (Legal)to take full ownership of our third-party vendor contracts. This operational role requires a pragmatic, hands-on professional who can quickly standardize our contracting process and mitigate commercial risks. Location: São Paulo, Brazil Type: Full-time (on-site)Reports to: Local CEO, Global Head of Legal Department Key Responsibilities Contract Standardization: Assess the current state of vendor agreements (approx. 50-60 external contractors) and develop several streamlined, legally sound contract templates for routine operational and marketing expenditures Template Ownership: Create and manage a library of standardized contract documents, ensuring ease of use for internal departments (e.g., Marketing, Operations) to significantly reduce time-to-signature Contract Lifecycle Management: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle for new and existing contracts, including drafting, execution, revisions, amendments, and renewals Risk Mitigation: Conduct initial risk assessments on existing and proposed contracts, identifying crucial clauses and necessary adjustments before execution Cross-Functional Support: Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams (especially Marketing) to provide guidance on contract preparation and compliance Internal Alignment: Ensure all regional contract needs and changes are aligned with the new directorate structure being established in each territory Legal Collaboration: Collaborate with the centralized legal team for review of complex international agreements and high-risk contracts Ideal Candidate Profile Proven experience (3+ years) as a Contract Manager, Commercial Manager, Lawyer, Legal Counsel or similar role focused on high-volume contract administration Experience working within the iGaming or betting sector is highly preferred Strong, demonstrable knowledge and hands-on experience in contract management, drafting, and interpretation Proven ability to implement new processes and templates that improve efficiency and significantly speed up internal workflows Comfortable working autonomously and serving as the primary commercial/contractual expert within the local team Fluent English and Brazilian Portuguese are mandatory Hiring Process: CV Screening – TA Interview – Tech Interview – Check – Offer
