Tax Management Opportunity We are seeking a highly skilled tax manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing tax-efficient structures for domestic and cross-border transactions, evaluating related-party transaction frameworks, and optimizing tax liabilities. Key responsibilities include: Developing and implementing tax planning strategies to minimize tax exposure Conducting tax due diligence for investment and M&A projects, identifying risks and proposing actionable strategies Reviewing contractual tax clauses and operational arrangements to ensure compliance Leading responses to tax audits and disputes, enhancing internal controls to minimize penalties and protect corporate interests Facilitating tax incentive applications and policy adaptation, delivering compliance strategies to enable efficient operations Driving digital transformation of tax systems, including automated export rebates and filings Coordinating with domestic and international teams on tax filings, refunds, and intermediary oversight Leading tax training programs and knowledge-sharing initiatives The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex tax concepts to non-tax professionals. They will also have excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
