Join Keeta, explore the world. Know more: Keeta website What You'll Do: Understand the basic operations of the food delivery industry. Identify the issues merchants encounter on various delivery platforms and gain insights into their genuine needs. Based on merchant needs , drive the initiation, implementation, and achievement of results for various projects within the company. The projects include product projects and process improvements projects. Establish a merchant experience indicator system , and guide the project advancement through the monitoring and operation of experience indicators. What We Need From You: Have certain operational experience in user experience. Possess certain experience in building and operating indicator systems , familiar with various research tools, and methods for analyzing research results. Possess certain project management capabilities , able to collaborate with multiple parties to ensure project outcomes are achieved. Have a certain product-oriented mindset. Priority will be given to those familiar with the food delivery industry. Candidates with experience in internet companies are preferred. Can use English and Portuguese as working languages.
