Join Keeta, explore the world. Know More: Keeta websiteWhat You'll Do: Overall responsible for product operations related to merchant growth. Work closely with frontline teams and merchants to collect merchant requirements and management needs , and refine them into product requirements or functional requirements. Collaborate with relevant business teams to develop comprehensive product operation plans . Monitor merchant usage of products in daily operations , collaborate with multiple teams to drive continuous iteration of product features, conduct product function training and promotion, and ensure the achievement of business objectives for product effectiveness.What We Need From You: At least three years of product operation experience . Familiar with the standard internal processes from product development, product operation, to product iteration. Familiar with the merchant-side operations of e-commerce platforms . Priority will be given to those with experience in the food delivery industry. Possesses excellent solution planning capabilities and has a basic understanding of B-end operational work. Demonstrates strong logical thinking skills. Possesses excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills, achieving win-win results by integrating resources and cooperating with different business departments.What Make This Role Exciting:Early-stage business: Opportunity to participate in the initial planning, design, and implementation of key projects.International team: Work with members from 26 countries and experience a diverse work environment.
