We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to fill the role of Administrative Coordinator . This position requires strong communication skills, fluency in English, and proficiency in software applications. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to leadership and internal teams. Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and in-person, in fluent English. Manage schedules, appointments, and meeting logistics. Prepare documents, presentations, and reports as needed. Enter, update, and maintain data in various software platforms. Support customer onboarding processes and respond to basic client inquiries. Coordinate tasks and projects with different departments to ensure timely completion. Requirements: Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing). Proven experience in administrative, executive assistant, or customer service roles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in office suite applications (Google Workspace or Microsoft Office). Ability to quickly learn and navigate new software platforms. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team.
